Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in Oxford is seeking an experienced Site Agent for Highways and Structures projects on a 12-month contract. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate earthworks delivery, and drive programme performance while ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

NEC contract experience and managing complex live-site activities are highly beneficial.

Qualifications

Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and programme delivery.
A focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
SMSTS qualification.
CSCS card.
Temporary Works Coordinator certification (desirable).
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage construction activities and drive programme performance.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical and regulatory requirements.
Experience working under NEC contracts and managing complex construction activities within live environments would be highly beneficial.
