Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking a Site Agent for Highways and Structures projects in Bath on a 12-month contract. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate on-site activities and ensure timely delivery in line with NEC contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have civil engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or degree), SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK driving licence; PTS and Temporary Works Coordinator are desirable. Salary is £600 per day Umbrella Inside IR35.

Qualifications

Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and programme delivery.
A focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage construction activities.
Drive programme performance and ensure works are delivered per contractual, technical and regulatory requirements.
Experience working under NEC contracts and managing complex activities within live environments would be highly beneficial.
Liaise with stakeholders to maintain progress and safety on site.
