Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Site Agent for the Thames Water Maple Cross project at Maple Lodge. You will lead a critical section of works, ensuring safe, on-time delivery while coordinating with site teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones.

The role requires a civil engineering degree or equivalent experience, CSCS card, and strong communication skills. A driving licence and proficiency with standard software are essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Bachelor's degree (or demonstrable equivalent) in civil engineering.
• Practical experience on infrastructure or wastewater construction projects with engineering assurance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications and design packages.
• CSCS card and full driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and efficient execution of a key section of works, embedding health, safety and wellbeing in decisions.
• Inspire and empower site teams, supply chain partners and subcontractors to deliver outcomes through collaboration.
• Drive programme performance through proactive planning and effective resource management to meet milestones.
• Translate complex design information into practical delivery solutions with clear direction to site teams.
• Coach and develop engineers and supervisors to build the next generation of industry talent.
