Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking a Civil Engineering Site Agent / Site Manager to join their established construction delivery team, working on large wastewater treatment projects in the region on behalf of a Water Utility client.

The role requires an HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering, CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS, a valid driving license and willingness to travel between sites; you will manage safety, time, budget, quality, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• HNC or degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and commercial teams to improve project delivery and manage risk.
• Manage site to ensure work is safe, on time, on budget and to required quality.
• Oversee subcontractors, logistics and H&S reporting.
• Maintain site paperwork and progress logs.
• Act as temporary works co-ordinator to ensure design specification compliance.
