Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join the Southern Region, based in St Albans. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background, proven site-based leadership, and the ability to read drawings and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Site Agent/Site Manager in civil engineering or construction.
• Strong site-based management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations and activities.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential issues or delays.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
• Assisting with project planning, programming and resource management.
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to the wider project team.
• Working collaboratively with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and relevant procedures.
