Salary: As discussed upon application, £55,000 - £70,000 + benefits

A Site Agent is needed for a large, well-known contractor based in Kent. The initial project is in Basildon, Essex, focusing on managing construction and civil engineering activities for rail infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include overseeing civils projects such as bridge reconstruction, station upgrades, and flood repair, ensuring contract compliance, managing budgets, and reporting progress.

Requirements include experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Agent in rail/civils, experience with heavy piling works, and holding a valid SMSTS and PTS. A degree or equivalent in civil engineering is preferred, but extensive relevant experience can substitute formal qualifications.
