Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to lead day-to-day management of a major water treatment project in Loughborough. You will coordinate site activities, ensure safety, programme delivery and quality control, liaising with engineers and the client to resolve issues.

Applicants should have proven experience as a Site Agent or equivalent in water, utilities or civil infrastructure, with a strong understanding of health and safety and the ability to read drawings and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Agent, Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor required.
• Experience in water, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction health and safety essential.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Planning and coordinating daily site activities.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Site Agent - Water Treatment

Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire

Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major water treatment project in Loughborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and in line with quality requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Planning and coordinating daily site activities
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements
• Monitoring progress, quality and productivity
• Liaising with the Project Manager, engineers and client
• Reviewing RAMS, permits and construction documentation
• Maintaining site records and progress reports
• Supporting programme delivery and resolving site issues

About you:

• Previous experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor
• Experience within water, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of construction health and safety
• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
• SMSTS and CSCS required
