Job summary

The Site Agent role is for a civil engineering professional with highways, groundworks and earthworks experience. You will oversee sub agents, engineers and foremen, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control on a busy highways project in Ballinluig.

Candidates with HNC/HND in construction and SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are preferred. Lodge accommodation is available for those willing to work away; freelance or permanent arrangements considered.

Qualifications

Job description

Site Agent required to join leading civil engineering contractor on highways project in the Ballinluig area.

The Site Agent would come from a civil engineering background with previous experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils. The Site Agent would preferably have relevant construction degree HNC or HND with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. The Site Agent will be managing sub agents, engineers and foreman, ensure delivery of project on time and budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensure health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely. For the Site Agent role there is lodge available if candidates are prepared to work away and can be freelance or permanent
