Job summary

One Way is seeking a Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a highways project in the Cullompton area. The successful candidate will bring a civil engineering background with highways, groundworks, RC and earthworks experience, and preferred qualifications including HNC/HND in Construction, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

The role involves managing sub agents, engineers and foremen to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Site Agent with civil engineering background and highways experience.
• Preferably with construction degree (HNC/HND) and certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
• Experience managing sub agents, engineers and foremen and ensuring delivery on time and budget.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Site Agent would come from a civil engineering background with previous experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils. The Site Agent would preferably have relevant construction degree HNC or HND with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. The Site Agent will be managing sub agents, engineers and foreman, ensure delivery of project on time and budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensure health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely
