Kenton Black is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Agent to join a major highways and infrastructure scheme in the Midlands. You will manage site operations from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification.
The role requires a strong background in highways, drainage and civils, with responsibilities including coordination of subcontractors, setting out, RAMS and QA, and close liaison with the Project Manager and client representatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Agent with a strong background in highways, drainage and civil engineering, looking to work on a varied programme of infrastructure improvements.
As Site Agent, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a number of highways and civils work packages, managing site operations from planning through to completion.
The works will include highway upgrades, road widenings, junction improvements, drainage installations and Section 278 (S278) works, with the successful candidate working closely with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Site Agent / Site Manager / Sub Agent within a highways or civil engineering environment.
A relevant CSCS qualification and SMSTS are expected, with additional highways qualifications being advantageous.
