Job summary

One Way is seeking a Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a flood defence project in the Stallingborough area. The role requires a civil engineering background with highways, groundworks and heavy civils experience, plus qualifications such as HNC/HND, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

You will manage sub‑agents, engineers and foremen, ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery, build client and consultant relationships, and uphold strict health and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background with highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils.
• Experience in managing sub‑agents, engineers and foremen on site.
• Strong focus on delivery on time and budget and on-site health & safety.

Job description

Site Agent required to join leading civil engineering contractor on flood defence project in the Stallingborough area. The Site Agent would come from a civil engineering background with previous experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils. The Site Agent would preferably have relevant construction degree HNC or HND with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. The Site Agent will be managing sub agents, engineers and foreman, ensure delivery of project on time and budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensure health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely
