Job summary

Benjamin Grace is seeking a Site Agent or Senior Site Agent to lead highway development schemes, with an initial office-based role and a transition to full site-based duties when construction begins. You will manage multi-site projects and build lasting relationships with clients and local communities.

You will lead site teams, ensure safe, compliant delivery to programme and budget, support pre-construction tasks, and manage risks while collaborating with commercial teams to control costs and

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification is required.
• Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience as Sub Agent, Site Agent or Senior Site Agent in civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of CDM requirements and pre-construction documentation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: highways, Local Authority projects, or managing multiple concurrent sites.
