Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick is hiring a Site Administrator to join the Birmingham Airport project on-site. The role focuses on efficient administration, coordination, and management of project documentation, site records and support activities. It is offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract on a busy site.

You will contribute to on-site operations, ensuring smooth documentation flows and timely record keeping, while liaising with the project team to support delivery goals.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths & English required.
• Experience in administration or similar role preferred.
• Computer literacy required.

Due to the fast-paced nature and high volume of activity on a busy project at Birmingham Airport, we are looking to employ a Site Administrator to join the team on-site. As a Site Administrator at VolkerFitzpatrick, you will play a key role in supporting our on-site operations, ensuring the efficient administration, coordination, and management of project documentation, site records, and project support activities across the Birmingham Airport project. The role is initially offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of works within a live airport environment

About you

• At least 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths & English
• Experience in Administration (or in a similar role)
• Computer Literate
• Good English and telephone manner
