Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking a Site Administrator to join the Southern Renewals Enterprise project on-site. The role focuses on efficient administration, coordination, and management of project documentation and site records to keep the programme on track.

If you have GCSEs, admin experience, and good communication skills, you will fit well, with opportunities for training and a competitive benefits package.

Job description

Due to the fast-paced nature and high volume of activity on the Southern Renewals Enterprise project, we are looking to employ a Site Administrator to join the team on-site. As a Site Administrator at VolkerFitzpatrick, you will play a key role in supporting our on-site operations, ensuring the efficient administration, coordination, and management of project documentation, site records, and project support activities across the project. The role is initially offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a major rail infrastructure programme.

About you

• At least 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths & English
• Experience in Administration (or in a similar role)
• Computer Literate
• Good English and telephone manner
