Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is recruiting a Site Administrator to join the Birmingham Airport project on-site for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support on-site operations, manage documentation, records and co-ordinate project admin activities.

The role requires excellent communication, IT skills, and a professional telephone manner; you’ll work closely with site teams to ensure smooth delivery in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths & English.
• Experience in Administration (or in a similar role).
• Computer Literate.
• Good English and telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site operations, ensuring efficient administration, coordination and management of project documentation and site records.
• Coordinate, file and maintain project records and documentation to support delivery on Birmingham Airport project.
• Provide general site administrative support to the on-site team and project staff.

Due to the fast-paced nature and high volume of activity on a busy project at Birmingham Airport, we are looking to employ a Site Administrator to join the team on-site. As a Site Administrator at VolkerFitzpatrick, you will play a key role in supporting our on-site operations, ensuring the efficient administration, coordination, and management of project documentation, site records, and project support activities across the Birmingham Airport project. The role is initially offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of works within a live airport environment

About You
