Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a Document Controller to support the delivery of Heathrow Airport projects. You will manage the administration, distribution and control of all project documentation, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives to keep records accurate and compliant.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within a leading VolkerWessels UK business, offering a broad benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths.
• Previous secretarial and/or administrative experience.
• Excellent written English.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, E-mail and Internet.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Experience in document control systems e.g. Asite, AutoDesk, or similar systems.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper administration, distribution and control of all documentation.
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, designers and client representatives to ensure information is managed to requirements.
• Support successful delivery of works at Heathrow Airport within one of the UK's busiest environments.

About you

• Educated to O/GSCE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths
