Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a Site Administrator to join the on-site team for the Southern Renewals Enterprise rail project. The role focuses on efficient administration, coordination of project documentation, and management of site records to support on-site operations.

The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with comprehensive benefits and the chance to contribute to a major infrastructure programme requiring attention to detail and proactive collaboration with site teams.

Due to the fast-paced nature and high volume of activity on the Southern Renewals Enterprise project, we are looking to employ a Site Administrator to join the team on-site. As a Site Administrator at VolkerFitzpatrick, you will play a key role in supporting our on-site operations, ensuring the efficient administration, coordination, and management of project documentation, site records, and project support activities across the project. The role is initially offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a major rail infrastructure programme.

About you

• At least 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths & English
• Experience in Administration (or in a similar role)
• Computer Literate
• Good English and telephone manner
