Job summary

Astute People is recruiting a Site Administration professional for the Sizewell C project in the United Kingdom. The role provides administrative and analytical support to the site's vetting teams, coordinating security vetting with staff and the client.

You will gather and review documentation, maintain filing systems, produce Excel-based reports, manage quality records from the supply chain and subcontractors, and arrange meetings and travel.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining accurate filing systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project vetting teams.
• Coordinate security vetting with employees, agency workers, employers and relevant project teams.
• Gather and review documentation, including verifying ID for security checks.
• Maintain accurate and secure electronic and paper-based filing systems and databases.
• Produce spreadsheets, documents and presentations using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Maintain document registers and manage quality records from the supply chain and subcontractors.
• Support engineers with maintaining lifetime quality records.
• Arrange meetings, take minutes and coordinate travel and accommodation.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong administrative experience within a busy team environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Full-time, Sizewell C - flexible working possible.
