SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 - London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will conduct planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in fault rectification of CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Perform planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Liaise with Telent Service Centre for task updates

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Ideal for those with experience or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre
