Open Partners seeks a Signals Senior Partner to lead data quality across client programs and turn platform signals into a clear, value-driven proposition. You will own data governance, privacy alignment, and cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate, trusted signals powering planning and optimization.

You’ll translate data outcomes into client value, guide strategic decisions and help scale an integrated data offer with measurable commercial impact. Travel to client meetings will be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in designing, auditing and troubleshooting tag management, analytics and conversion APIs (GA4 + GTM).
• Experience owning a data product, including packaging, pricing and revenue delivery.
• Strong command of UK GDPR, PECR and consent frameworks; ability to enforce privacy controls.
• Ability to translate data and insights into measurable business value for finance leaders.
• Experience leading technical data specialists and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Be the senior authority on data quality across the agency and guide client discussions on data foundations.
• Bridge client objectives with data-driven optimization to maximize net revenue and customer value.
• Advise on which signals should drive planning, buying and measurement across campaigns.
• Provide quarterly, validated data refreshes to support strategy and recommendations.
• Lead privacy and consent changes as strategic product advice and governance.
• Document and automate standard service delivery with repeatable playbooks and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineering, AI, Insights and Strategy to maintain central client performance signals.
