Job summary

WPP is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead platform adoption, market onboarding and data-partner integrations within the Open Intelligence ecosystem. You will drive scalable processes and governance across markets, coordinating product, engineering and external partners.

You will manage complex integration streams, translate technical requirements for cross-functional teams and build repeatable workflows for sustainable global operations.

Qualifications

• Proven AdTech/programmatic experience across onboarding.
• Experience managing external partners through integration lifecycles.
• Fluent in APIs, S2S, tagging, data flows and cloud data ingestion.
• Translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with engineers.
• Strong program/dependency management across multiple streams.
• Create playbooks, governance models and scalable operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and rollout of external data, SSPs and ad tech partners within the OI ecosystem.
• Coordinate workflows including cloud setup, tagging, API and S2S validation, testing and readiness.
• Track onboarding progress with Product/Engineering and resolve integration blockers.
• Act as primary operations contact for partners during onboarding to transition to live operations.
• Develop a global onboarding roadmap and translate requirements into repeatable workflows and governance.
• Define support structures and scalable run-and-operate models for local market autonomy.
