Network Rail in Hereford is seeking a dedicated Signalling & Telecoms Technician to support maintenance, fault-finding and preventative tasks across outdoor rail assets. You’ll work in a demanding, safety‑driven environment, often outdoors, with rotating shifts and on-call duties.

You will develop a broad skillset across manual, electrical and digital equipment while upholding strict safety standards and contributing to team leadership when required.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership and team motivation for safe, efficient work delivery.
• Strong communication to give clear instructions.
• Experience maintaining, inspecting, testing or fault-finding on electrical, electronic, mechanical or signalling equipment.

Aufgaben

• Shifts include days, nights and weekends with rostering.
• Outdoor work in all weathers and conditions.
• Drive Network Rail vehicles and be prepared for on-call duties.
