Job summary

Network Rail in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technician specialising in Signalling & Telecoms. You’ll be the link between the team leader and operatives, developing a broad range of manual, electrical and digital skills while working outdoors in all weather and at various times.

The role emphasizes safety, team leadership when needed, and a clear progression path toward team leadership. Expect changing shifts including days, nights and weekends, with a driving licence and a 60-minute commute

Qualifications

• Leadership and motivation of a team for safe and efficient work delivery.
• Strong communication to give clear instructions and coordinate with colleagues.
• Knowledge of inspection, faulting, maintenance and renewal techniques in signalling and telecoms.
