Smart Solutions (Recruitment) Limited is recruiting an experienced Mobile Plant Operator for a busy recycling facility in Leatherhead (KT22). The role involves safely operating mobile plant machinery, including a 360 Grab and Loading Shovel, to move and process recyclables on site.

You will perform daily checks, follow site procedures, and contribute to a clean, safe working environment. This is a full-time position with a £500 signing bonus after 200 hours and overtime available.

• Ability to perform daily machine checks and report issues.
• Full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 Grab and Loading Shovel to process, move and load recyclables.
• Safely operate site vehicles and mobile plant equipment.
• Carry out daily machine checks and report defects.
• Follow site procedures and safety standards at all times.
• Support the day-to-day running of the recycling facility.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
