Haven is seeking a Security Team Member in the United Kingdom at Great Yarmouth to join a 24-hour security operation. The role involves patrolling the holiday park, managing access, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate records while delivering friendly, helpful service to guests and owners.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor license and are expected to be flexible with shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience is preferred, hospitality or leisure industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with calm professionalism in challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team members.
• Assist in park access control to permit only authorised individuals and guests/owners on site.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, medical emergencies or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management as required.

As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members.
