Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to join our 24-hour security operation and help create a safe, relaxed atmosphere for guests, owners and staff. The role requires a valid SIA Door Supervisor license and strong communication with excellent observational skills.

As part of our hospitality-focused team, you’ll patrol the park, control access, respond to incidents, and keep accurate records while delivering friendly guest service and support.

• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm and professional.
• High attention to detail and observational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in park access management, allowing only authorised individuals on site.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest service and assist with queries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
