Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to join our 24-hour security operation at Driffield. You will patrol the holiday park, control access, respond to incidents, and maintain incident logs while delivering friendly, helpful service to guests and owners.

Ideally, you hold a valid SIA DS license, have security experience in hospitality or leisure, and can work flexible shifts including nights and bank holidays. Haven offers training and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience, preferably in hospitality or leisure.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in park access control, permitting only authorised individuals on site.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest experiences and assist with guest queries.
• Collaborate with team members and park functions to maintain a safe environment.
