Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Security Officer to protect property, people and assets at our Burnley sites. You will work to the site AI's, ensuring security tasks align with legal and regulatory standards while maintaining high service quality.

The role requires an SIA licence, previous security experience, and a proactive approach to training and licence renewals. You will contribute to KPI achievement, health & safety compliance, and incident reporting within a team-focused

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence required.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets in line with site AI's and updates.
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs through responsible, accountable service that supports contract retention.
• Carry out on-site duties and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry and complete required training for continuous development.
