Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a security officer to protect client premises in line with Assignment Instructions (AI's) and to ensure compliance with UK law and safety standards. The role requires proactive incident reporting, ongoing training, and licence maintenance.

Applicants should have previous security experience, a valid SIA licence (or nearing completion), and be prepared to work on site with a strong commitment to safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA Licence required or in possession.
• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is needed.

Responsibilities

• Protect customer property, people and assets as per Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Meet or exceed KPI/SLA targets and help retain the contract.
• Maintain safety and incident records and complete notebooks after incidents.
