Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or interest in building those skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• Punctual, dependable, flexible and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and a friendly face as the first contact for customers.
• Ensure safety and security of colleagues and customers.
• Be a smart, approachable, proactive security presence.
• Manage incidents calmly and effectively.
• Conduct patrols, control access points, deter unauthorised activity.
