Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a security professional to protect client sites in Stanford-le-Hope, England. The role requires front-line SIA licensing, driving capability, and vigilant site presence to meet KPIs and ensure safety and service quality.

You will follow Assignment Instructions, maintain compliance with UK law, and undergo ongoing training to enhance skills and licensure. A strong focus on professional conduct and incident reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• SIA Licence.
• SC Clearance desirable.
• Full driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per Assignment Instructions and SLAs.
• Deliver results that meet KPIs/SLAs and aid in contract retention.
• Undertake training for continuous self-development.
• Comply with UK law and site policies.
• Complete tasks on site as defined in Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Renew front-line licences as required (Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
• Report health & safety hazards and incidents promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers in challenging situations.
• Record incidents with notebooks for incident reports.
• Call emergency services and the Communications Centre as needed.
