Job summary

Anchor Group Services, Derby, is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team on the CEVA Logistics contract. You will conduct regular patrols, manage access, monitor site activity and provide a high standard of customer service to employees, visitors and contractors.

The successful candidate must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) licence, have a full 5-year employment history, and be able to work Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid SIA DS or SG licence.
• 5-year employment history with verifiable references.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to undertake training via Anchor Academy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and control site access.
• Monitor site activity and report irregularities.
• Deliver high standard of customer service to staff, visitors and contractors.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with legal and site procedures.
