Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Security Professional to protect customers' property and assets on-site at client locations in the UK. You will be responsible for meeting KPIs/SLAs, following Assignment Instructions, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The role requires an active front-line security licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV licensing, with ongoing training and licence renewals as part of contract obligations.

Qualifications

• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is required.
• Licence to operate CCTV (PSS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results that meet/exceed KPIs/SLAs for the customer and help retain the contract.
• Fully complete tasks on site as defined in published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Review AI's for changes and suggest amendments to improve service.
• Comply with Industry and Statutory Legislation and renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Maintain safety, complete incident reports, and endure professional conduct.
