Job summary

Mitie Group plc is seeking a frontline security operative to protect client premises and assets in accordance with Assignment Instructions. You will deliver services that support contract retention and meet KPIs.

You will maintain compliance with UK laws and hold an SIA front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) with CCTV PSS where required, while completing required training and 16-week licence renewal checks.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to meet KPIs and SLA commitments.
• Complete tasks on site as defined in Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Maintain compliance with UK law and regulatory requirements.
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry and undergo required training.
• Report incidents and maintain accurate incident notebooks.
