Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a vigilant security officer to protect our client’s property on site in the United Kingdom. You will deliver services in line with Assignment Instructions, meet KPIs, and maintain compliance with UK law and client policies.

The role requires holding a front-line SIA licence (security guarding or door supervision) and the CCTV PSS SIA licence; ongoing training and incident reporting are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence (front-line) required for security guarding or door supervision.
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security services on site to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Complete required training and maintain professional development.
• Comply with policies, legal and regulatory requirements as directed.
• Carry out on-site tasks per Assignment Instructions and notify changes.
• Review AI changes and suggest enhancements to improve service.
• Maintain safety, report incidents, and follow incident reporting processes.
• Ensure schedule adherence and maintain communication with Mitie and client.
