Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Showroom Host for Toyota Sandhurst to welcome customers in a friendly, professional way and manage calls and showroom enquiries. You’ll support daily administration and help create a warm customer-ready environment across both sites and brands.

Excellent communication, organisation, and a positive, proactive approach are essential, with growth opportunities within the global automotive group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with ability to deliver a positive experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in a timely manner.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
