Steven Eagell Group in Ashford is seeking a Showroom Host to be the first point of contact for customers in a busy automotive showroom. You will warmly welcome visitors, handle inquiries and set the benchmark for the customer experience with a professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, enjoy teamwork, be comfortable using IT systems and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good general education (GCSE English & Maths preferred).
• Some customer service or similar experience is beneficial.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom and assist inquiries.
• Provide a seamless service in a fast-paced environment.
• Present a professional image in business attire and deliver great customer service.
