Join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to grow and deliver sales as part of a successful branch team.

As a Showroom Sales Manager, you understand that creating the perfect bathroom involves planning, trust, creativity, and the ability to bring ideas to life. You will identify and capitalize on every sales opportunity, inspiring customers with solutions for their dream bathrooms.   1. Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, fostering rapport, and generating repeat business.
  2. Manage the entire sales process, prioritizing customer wants and needs to help them achieve their ideal bathroom.
  3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
  4. Promote the showroom locally using creative marketing strategies to highlight our excellent service.
  5. Continuously improve the showroom to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
  6. Previous sales experience is preferred, but a positive attitude is more important.

You will have an innovative approach to identifying growth opportunities, working collaboratively with a focus on results, integrity, and honesty.
