Job summary

Your Recruitment Coach is recruiting a Showroom Advisor for our Hertfordshire client. Join a team focused on high-quality natural stone and porcelain tiles, delivering excellent customer service and helping clients from initial contact to final sale.

The role requires a confident communicator, strong organisation, and a proactive approach in a busy showroom environment. You will support the team across sales tasks, quotations, showroom upkeep and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Energetic, hands-on and capable in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide ide support to the showroom team and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Communicate clearly via phone, email and in person with a friendly, confident manner.
• Support customers with technical and design advice and resolve queries.
• Answer incoming calls and manage outbound calls to the customer database.
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries and provide aftersales support.
• Update CRM with client information and daily activity.
• Arrange samples and welcome customers to the showroom with a professional greeting.
