Job summary

Quorn Stone Bristol showroom is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional showroom experience for customers. You will guide customers through their purchasing journey with expert advice and outstanding service, from initial enquiry through to aftersales.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring strong sales and communication skills. The position offers a supportive team, full-time hours including weekends on a rota, and a competitive salary with training and development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A proactive hands-on approach within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer experience in person, over the phone and via email.
• Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase.
• Provide advice on product suitability, sizing, pricing and design.
• Create quotations, process payments and arrange deliveries.
• Provide aftersales support and resolve customer queries.
• Welcome customers into the showroom and maintain a professional environment.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain the CRM with customer information and daily activity.
• Arrange samples for dispatch and make outbound calls to the customer database.
