Quorn Stone in Surrey is seeking a Luxury Showroom Sales Advisor to join our team. You will guide customers through their purchasing journey, provide expert advice on stone products, and deliver an exceptional showroom experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships with homeowners, designers and trade professionals, handle quotations, payments and deliveries, and support day-to-day showroom operations, with a focus on service excellence and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across phone, email and in person.
• Strong sales experience and motivation.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and prioritisation.
• Proactive approach in fast-paced environments.
• Confident in building rapport with customers.
• Attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer experience in person, on the phone and by email.
• Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase.
• Advise on product suitability, sizing, pricing and design.
• Create quotations, process payments and arrange deliveries.
• Provide outstanding aftersales support and resolve customer queries.
• Welcome customers into the showroom and maintain a professional experience.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Update the CRM with customer information and daily activity.
• Arrange samples to be dispatched to customers.
• Make outbound calls to the customer database.
• Support showroom day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment.
• Confirm showroom appointments with customers prior to arrival.
