Job Overview

This is an area with great potential for development and growth which has arisen due to expansion. We are looking for an experienced person to drive this part of the business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the leading independent builders’ merchant in the UK. There is a requirement to work alternate Saturday mornings and a driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities
  1. Get to know customers, listen to their needs, and work with them every step of the way to ensure their requirements are met.
  2. Identify and recommend the products that best suit customer needs, paying close attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction every time.
  3. Pro-actively generate new business in addition to visitors to the showroom.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achievement.
  2. Experience in managing a team would be a distinct advantage.
  3. Experience with ‘20-20 Fusion’ planning software, or similar.
  4. Sound product knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products.
  5. A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
