About the role:

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Beckton Showroom!

As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a multi-million-pound turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Main responsibilities:
  1. Be the inspirational leader of the showroom team, ensuring all Wren customers enjoy a first-class experience
  2. Recruit and develop talented individuals who will contribute to the showroom’s success
  3. Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  4. Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document
About You:
  • Significant experience in a large-ticket retail environment with multi-million-pound targets
  • A proven sales-driven track record of success
  • Passionate about coaching and developing teams
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Willing to work most weekends and bank holidays
