• Experience in showroom/sales environment preferred.
• Able to handle telephone enquiries and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests visiting the showroom, ensuring they receive a pleasant and professional welcome.
• Handle all internal and external telephone enquiries promptly and politely
• Be responsible for Sales Administration duties, supporting your Sales team and also the Service team
• Keep up to date with knowledge of the brand and products
• Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do
