Job summary

JCT600 Ltd is seeking a Showroom Host for our Porsche showroom in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will ensure all interactions reflect our high standards of service.

Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing on-site support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Overview

At JCT600, our showroom hosts are the first impression of our brand — professional, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will handle all incoming calls and greet visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable while on site.
• Manage incoming calls promptly and efficiently, connecting callers to the relevant person or department in line with brand standards.
• Use email and database systems to accurately record and distribute messages.
• Monitor the switchboard and outgoing calls to track enquiry levels and maintain smooth communication.
• Support customers and visitors on‑site, including offering refreshments and assistance where appropriate.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence over the phone and in person.
