Job summary

JCT600 Ltd is seeking a Telephonist / Receptionist for Audi Sheffield. Based at our dealership, you’ll greet visitors, answer calls and route inquiries, maintaining the brand’s high standards of service.

This fast-paced, customer-facing role requires a friendly, professional approach and the ability to multitask in a busy reception environment. The rota includes weekdays and weekend shifts; the package features generous annual leave, family leave, life assurance, pension, training, and staff

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable while on site.
• Managing incoming calls promptly and efficiently, connecting callers to the relevant person or department in line with brand standards.
• Using email and database systems to accurately record and distribute messages.
• Monitoring the switchboard and outgoing calls to track enquiry levels and maintainsmooth communication.
• Supporting customers and visitors on-site, including offering refreshments and assistance where appropriate.

Rota to include: Monday to Friday 0800-1800 I Saturday 0830-1700 I Sunday 1200-1600
