Weekend Receptionist / Showroom Host

Part time 13.5 hours per week

Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 11am-4pm

In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for all customers that come through our doors. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Record calls and visits accurately, relay messages promptly
  • Handle general administrative duties, manage emails, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming customer waiting area and showroom
  • Support additional tasks to ensure smooth business operations
Helpful Skills And Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service role, delivering positive experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
