Part Time - 20 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 08:30- 1:30pm & Sunday 11am-4pm)

Are you a people person passionate about providing excellent customer service?

As a Host, you'll engage with customers, build rapport, and facilitate a smooth introduction to our sales team.

You will be genuine and attentive, prioritizing customer needs and delivering industry-leading standards of care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle telephone inquiries professionally, identify customer needs, and direct them appropriately.
  2. Welcome customers warmly and assist them in a caring manner.
  3. Maintain customer-facing areas, update the dealership diary, and perform general administrative tasks.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience in customer service and administration.
