Job summary

We are currently recruiting for a Showroom Host at our Volkswagen Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a polished, professional first impression as you welcome visitors and guide them to the right staff.

Qualifications

• You will have customer-facing experience and a confident, professional manner.
• You should be polite, approachable and able to create a great first impression.
• You are self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors to the dealership and introduce them to staff.
• Answer inbound calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Support departments with customer events and promotions.
• Perform ad hoc/administrative duties as required.
