Listers Group in Hereford is seeking a polished Showroom Host for our Land Rover Dealership. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients and coordinating introductions to the right staff, while handling calls and supporting events and promotions.

The role is 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer journey and a strong first impression of the dealership.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Confident to meet new people daily and build rapport.
• Strong client-oriented approach to first impressions.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and introduce them to the relevant staff.
• Receive inbound calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Support departments with client events and promotions.
• Perform ad hoc/administrative duties.
